Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire médico-social accueillant 200 adultes handicapés (physiques et psychiques). Le poste est un mi-temps (19h30/semaine), en CDD de 3 mois renouvelables pouvant déboucher sur un CDI. Rémunération à partir de 794€ net/mois, possibilité de reprise d’ancienneté. **MISSIONS :** Vous serez responsable de contribuer au bien-être des ouvriers en analysant leur fonctionnement psychique et en proposant des projets d'accompagnement individualisés. Vous travaillerez en coordonnant avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et en renforçant le travail de réseau avec des structures extérieures. Vous participerez à des actions de formation et d’information. **PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :** Diplôme requis : Licence + Master mention "Psychologie" Compétences en psychologie générale, clinique, et psychopathologie.
