**Offre d'Emploi Confidentielle : Préparateur en Pharmacie Hospitalière (100%)** **Description du Poste :** Nous recherchons un Préparateur en Pharmacie Hospitalière pour un poste à temps plein. **Missions :** - **Distribution :** Distribution des DMS et produits, saisies informatiques. - **Dispensation :** Médicaments aux particuliers, guichet d'urgence, traçabilité des DMI, implants, prothèses, stupéfiants et chimiothérapies. - **Préparations :** Magistrales, officinales, chimiothérapies. - **Gestion des Stocks :** Urgences, soins continus, longs séjours, préparation de doses, inventaires. - **Information/Formations :** Accueil, réunions, CREX, formations institutionnelles et laboratoires. **Organisation :** Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique et fonctionnelle du Cadre et des pharmaciens. Travail du lundi au vendredi, ponctuellement week-ends et jours fériés. **Compétences :** - **Techniques :** Expérience en Unité de Reconstitution Centralisée des Cytotoxiques souhaitée. - **Relationnelles :** Bonne communication. - **Organisationnelles :** Rigueur, analyse. - **Adaptation :** Maîtrise de soi, concentration. **Impact Economique :** Gestion des produits spécifiques et retour des médicaments.
