**Résumé de l'offre d'emploi :** Un établissement hospitalier partenaire recherche activement un médecin du travail pour intégrer son équipe dynamique composée déjà d'un médecin du travail à temps plein, d'une infirmière de santé au travail et d'une secrétaire. Le poste consiste à assurer le suivi de la santé au travail pour environ 1650 agents répartis sur deux centres hospitaliers et plusieurs EHPAD, tout en accompagnant la transition vers la retraite du médecin actuellement en poste. Les principales missions incluent la participation aux réunions institutionnelles et l'amélioration continue des conditions de travail des agents. La possibilité de choisir le logiciel métier utilisé est offerte, ainsi qu'un environnement de travail à taille humaine. Le poste peut être pourvu sous différents statuts (CDI, PH, Praticien contractuel) et propose une rémunération attractive.
