Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un/une Psychologue Clinicien à orientation neuropsychologique pour un EHPAD et une USLD. Poste à temps complet (0.7 ETP en EHPAD et 0.3 ETP en USLD). Une expérience en gériatrie ou gérontopsychiatrie est souhaitée. Les missions comprennent l'évaluation des troubles cognitifs et comportementaux, le soutien psychologique des résidents et de leurs familles, l'accompagnement en soins palliatifs, l'animation d'ateliers cognitifs et de relaxation, ainsi que la collaboration avec l'ensemble des professionnels de santé sur le projet de vie des patients. Vous travaillerez aussi en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de gérontopsychiatrie et de soins palliatifs mobiles, et participerez aux réunions institutionnelles.
