Préparateur(trice) en pharmacie

Nous recrutons un Infirmier/Infirmière ou Préparateur/Préparatrice en Pharmacie Hospitalière pour un établissement partenaire. Vous piloterez le process de production et de stérilisation des Dispositifs Médicaux Stérilisables (DMS), garantirez la bonne organisation des activités, et prendrez en charge les dispositifs médicaux envoyés par les unités de soins et blocs opératoires. Vous collaborerez directement avec le Cadre de Santé, superviserez les équipes et respecterez les protocoles de stérilisation. Vous gérerez également le système qualité en réalisant des contrôles règlementaires, supervisant les équipements, et participant à l'amélioration continue. Des compétences en gestion des flux de production et de traçabilité informatisée sont essentielles. Vous participerez aussi à l'intégration et à la formation des nouveaux agents.
