Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un coordonnateur d’équipes paramédicales et administratives en MIR et USC. Les missions incluent l'harmonisation des pratiques professionnelles, la gestion des risques, l'organisation des soins et l'encadrement des équipes. Le candidat accompagnera les agents dans leur évolution professionnelle, gérera les dispositifs médicaux, participera à l’élaboration des projets de service et aux travaux de recherche. Des connaissances en réanimation, anesthésie, urgences et médecine intensive sont recommandées. Le poste nécessite un diplôme de cadre de santé et des compétences en gestion des situations critiques, qualité des soins, communication et législation bioéthique.
